Hi Hans,

Instructions that can be found at
http://wiki.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/Packaging/Repositories are bit
obsolete. 
Instructions for users should be in
http://downloads.perfsonar.eu/repositories/documents/perfSONAR-MDM-3.1_Admin_Guide_Master_3010-v17.doc
If they are not, they should be added then.
