perfsonar development work

Hi,

While preparing the beta testing of the ps-mdm-flowsa-ma and 
ps-mdm-flowsub-mp I noticed that there is a mismatch between the 
repository files as mentioned in 
http://wiki.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/Packaging/Repositories and 
as found on downloads.perfsonar.eu. Some files have slightly different 
names and others are just missing, the only links on the wiki pages that 
actually work are the ones pointing to the testing repository files.

I'm sure there is somebody working on this, but while checking the 
information needed by my beta testers I noticed this flaw.
