Hi,

in the admin guide, we are asking when upgrading from 3.0 to 3.1 to
un-install perfsonar-tomcat.

could you please provide the command name and the package name to
un-install perfsonar-tomcat (keeping in mind that we are talking about
un-installing 3.0)
