this should be added for DEB:
1. wget http://downloads.perfsonar.eu/repositories/perfsonar.asc
2. apt-key add perfsonar.asc
evertying else remain the same

i'm still working on RPM repo but once it's done there will be NO
change but current users should delete existing
perfsonar repo stuff:
1. rm /etc/yum.repos.d/perfsonar*
2. rm -rf /var/cache/yum/perfsonar*
and get a new ones:
1. cd /etc/yum.repos.d
2. for 32bit archs:
wget http://downloads.perfsonar.eu/repositories/rpm/perfsonar-mdm-3.1.repo
   for 64bit archs:
wget 
http://downloads.perfsonar.eu/repositories/rpm/perfsonar-mdm-3.1-x86_64.repo
