right. Now the public key need to be made public (just put it in the
repos folder), and a note should be added to the install manual how to
add these to the keychain of the system where the end user wants to
install the packages.

In the future a Meta perfsonar package is an option which will
install/update these keys automatically. This is how dell distribute
their packages I believe.
