Hallo all,

Be mindful that the (current) base doesn't allow for 'reloading' of services. 
I did mention
it as a feature for the new base but I'm not sure if it made the short-list. 
Perhaps we
should ask ourself if modification of the files without restarting 
tomcat(well only the web
application needs to be restarted) is a valid use case at this point. I don't 
find it
unreasonable that one has to restart the application after manually editing 
the files. While
I would like it if the web admin picked up the changes, I wouldn't prioritise 
the task.

On an other note our slightly modified version of part of the wizzard does do 
similar things
But I'm not sure if extracting the functionality from it would be faster then 
implementing it
on your own.
