The primary use-case I see is that the architecture needs to be
highly redundant to support 7x24 operation.
So, in general every service should register with 2 lookup services.
That way any 1 lookup service can be undergo upgrades, system maintenance,
or un-planned outages without affecting the availability of the system
as a whole.
