Errata:

you are actually seeing 2 different messages, one is a warning that the
old java-as folder can't be removed because they are not empty (there
are logfiles there and stuff), and the second message is a dependency error.

When people install the packages trough the repository (apt-get)
dependencies are automatically installed.
