Quick comments:

- Does the result subject mean anything?
- Do you mean nmwgr:datum?
- This may have been covered in Michael's comments, but do you think 
the eventType: 'http://schemas.perfsonar.net/tools/admin/selftest/1.0' 
needs to indicate success or failure for *everything* or should just 
remain the self test URI (I dont think status for all things is 
appropriate, but I can be swayed easily...)
