No it doesn't register to the LS.

This was mentioned to me when I released RC3. At that time there were 
other services which couldn't register to the LS (I believe RRD MA was 
one of them), so I presumed it was a general bug which wasn't specific 
to the SSHTELNET MP. Even more so that when I released more RCs there 
was no more mention of this problem, so I thought it was fixed.

Now it came to the surface that it still doesn't work, so I am trying to 
fix this ASAP.
