The testing repositories are finished:

You should be able to use them now. The only package in the repository
for now is tomcat5-exist (tomcat5.5-exist for deb), but this number will
grow quickly. if you want your already service included in the
repository you can contact me.

note that this is not very well tested, so expect some things to break
in the beginning.
