The line for BWCTL MP is emtpy. It's not clear to me, if the web-service 
checks should be implemented by all services. It's also not included in 
the "Common features" section.

It would be nice to be a little bit more explicit what each service has to 
do.  
An empty line suggests that there is nothing to do...

It's also not clear what has to be done for "2 Tier monitoring"

Tomorrow afternoon and friday I'm probably not available due to a meeting in 
Paris. And after that, it's only two more weeks until the end of may, which 
makes it a little bit difficult to plan.
