Loukik,
In general, I am against putting personal leave schedules on public  
calendars.

But that said, I do think using Google calendar is a great idea!
With a little digging around I suspect there are existing holiday  
calendars
in Google that cover each of the countries involved. It should be pretty
simple to add all of them to the one presentation.

Also, if we schedule all of our meetings this way, we can use Google's
ical export capabilites, and I can suck them all into my existing
calendaring environment on my mac!   :-)
