Dear all,

We wanted to keep track of holidays and vacations of all 'perfsonar'ites 
so that we can plan our releases, events, etc accordingly. As a result, 
we decided to try out using Google calendar and if it turns out to be 
successful, we can think about using it for other things.

For SA3 WI-15 (Transition to service/ service support), I would request 
that all participants involved in testing (includes developers who do a 
bit of testing during release phases) and release management let either 
myself or Luis Marta  know of your holidays/vacations so that we can 
update this calendar. Simply drop us an email at your earliest 
convenience. We will also ask for this information during release 
management conf. calls.
