Service types as currently being registered into LS can be used , 
although these may need better subtyping . A service currently is 
distinguished by its URL, type (MA, MP, etc.) , and supported schemas. 
IMHO, all this informations needs to be reported somehow.

What about using existing error codes, which are already defined for 
each service ?   An ACTION toward a service corresponds to a XML request 
- if not, please correct me. The request might be successfull, or return 
error code(s).
