We found out that measurement accuracy MUST be included in measurement data 
for every measurement to estimate the error and throw away totally useless 
data. Since it will then be available we want to use it for our measurement 
status as well. Why not use it, when it's available? ;)

The box itself is a simple normal server. So just the same checks as for all 
the others. The only additional functionality is to check all the running 
measurements.
