Dear Developers,

I have started a page on the wiki to organize and structure the 
management information for perfsonar services. This monitoring is based 
on the idea of 3 layered structure for the services 
(hardware/resource/service). I created few sections on this page for 
each service and I created an standard way to explain in few words what 
is expected to monitor for each service. It is just a starting point to 
define what needs to be monitored for each service. Also, this page has 
all this unstructured information, which is the information we received 
previously in the past. Please, structure this information in the 
tables, so we achieve an organized structure to be able to start 
developing this monitoring functionality to the services.

Pretty soon, we expect to be able to set up the syslog server that will 
be used to start monitoring the resource layer of perfSONAR services.
