I don't need any of the files, I just was curious as to why the UK/EU
mirror has files while the US based installation does not.  It would
benefit the entire community to have these available on all
participating servers.  If this is a matter of not automatically
synchronizing repositories on our end I can get the appropriate people
to look into it, but if the files are only living in one location then
its a bit of a problem.
