Hope you're doin' well. :-)
The package philosophy imply that you should build TELNETSSH-MP rpm on 
top of the existing eXist and tomcat rpms.
I don't recommend you to build you're own eXist/tomcat package as it 
might break the perfsonar depencies.

However, I'm unable to indicate you where you can find these existing 
packages.
