Szymon, I may now know the reason for your duplicates.

You are sending emails from the email address . 
While your subscription address on the internet2 mail server is 
szymon.trocha@....pl  or something along those lines...
So, when somebody does a reply all, the mail server is unable to match 
the two and avoid duplicates.

So, the aliases *might be* the reason for all this discontentment :) Try 
sending email from one alias or the actual email address at all times 
and see if it works!
