Hi Roman,

I'm curious - are you rolling this completely back? Or do you now support both 
namespaces for utilization datum? (Supporting both seems to be the best way to 
nicely roll out new features like this, then dropping the nmwg one eventually. 
If you are not supporting both now, I suspect it will need to happen in the 
future. Otherwise you can't support clients during their upgrade path.)

I'm not saying you should do this now - I'm just wondering if you are? (So we 
can match what you are doing.)
