Hi Michalis,

have you tried it with one of the services you previously tested and for which you know there was a problem for the schema (to check the difference)?

Cheers,
Nicolas

Hi all,

In our functional testing quest, we have stumbled upon on what I
believe is a useful tool that will increase the quality of our
products(services, and clients). I don't know if any one uses schema
validation in their services or clients but I think it would be very
handy. Check out this link
http://weblogs.java.net/blog/kohsuke/archive/2006/02/validate_xml_us.html
.

You can download a full example including all needed packages here
http://weblogs.java.net/blog/kohsuke/archive/20060210/rng-validation.zip/rng-validation.zip

. Its pretty straight forward, the method just throws an exception if
the xml document is not according to schema.

PS. This is for Java services only

Best Regards,

Michalis Michael
