protocol discussions

- Jason writes the template for protocol document, he will look at 
existing func. spec and interface spec.
** Aim for 21st of September

- Aaron and Martin will write a strawman for a generic MA protocol document
** Will be reviewed by Roman, Verena and Jason to see if their needs are met
Aim for 1st draft by November 1st

- Jason and Martin and Aaron will write a strawman topology/LS document 
(both if they are different)
** to be reviewed by Jason and Maciej, Anand (for topology)
** Aim for 1st draft of LS by 28th September

- Aaron will write a strawman topology document (if necessary)
** review by Anand/cnis team
** Aim for a week before OGF

- Mark/Roman will write a strawman circuit status document (if not, 
Aaron will write it)
** to be reviewed by Aaron/Mark/Roman
** Aim for (need to be verified)
