Loukik,

Fausto's work is not just a visualization tool. It makes the data collected by 
cacti available via a service. So, he has 'service' functionality as well as 
'visualization tool' functionality. It does not make sense to put it in the 
Visualization tools section. (I don't know where it should go - the organizers 
of the wiki should probably think about this - just pointing out it isn't as 
simple as that.)
