Hi Verena,

thanks a lot for this list of points. Could you please identify who in 
your opinion should take part to those discussions and give an time 
estimate for them (e.g. for topic one : 2 hours, for topic two : 2 slot 
of 1 hours, etc).

This should help to schedule and organise the work.
