psUI BWCTL on-demand tab status � Erlangen to provide

The current status is the same as after the MDM workshops. I am
currently working on the SA3 deliverable "Hades-BWCTL Administrators
Guide" for SA3. This will most likely take until mid August to get
finished off properly. I don't think I can justify working on it before
that is done, but if you think the GUI improvements are sufficiently
important, we might have to talk to Toby about delaying that deliverable
further. It had already been delayed because of the initial development
of the plugin for the MDM workshops.
