Hmmm, we MUST have a way of triggering BWCTL on-demand tests for the NOC 
and PERT for the MDM Pilot.
Otherwise, what is the point in deploying the BWCTL MPs for the Pilot if 
the NOC and PERT cannot use it. The Pilot is the most important thing 
that is happening to perfSONAR. It is the first step towards deploying 
the service in operation and trying to get a larger audience using it on 
a regular basis. So it si priority #1 for JRA1 to get everything sorted 
out for it to be a success. (I understand you are working on a SA3 issue).

Backup solution might be to have the former page back on line.
