We installed SQL MA service using default settings. Using perfsonar UI, 
we sent
http://anonsvn.internet2.edu/svn/perfsonar/tags/JAVA-SQL-MA-1.1/schema/example-instances/perfSONAR/SetupData-L2status-Req-1.xml

and got this back

The logs do not say why its unable to fetch data. How can we find out 
the reason its failing?
