Hi Guilherme,

You should consider to make it quite generic and put into base. We were 
talking about it during Utrecht meeting (and I remember also similar 
discussions during previous meetings) that we should move common things 
into pS-base.

AFAIR Loukik's scheduler uses cron (tool). I know Loukik planned to 
combine functionality of my SimpleScheduler and his functionality of 
Scheduler in one package. Your work fits somewhere here and it would be 
nice to have it quite generic.
