Dear all,

Please find attached a paper draft for the conference QuaTIC
(http://quatic2007.dsi.uminho.pt/index.html) which describes the
perfSONAR release management process and has so far been prepared by
Luis, Michalis and myself. We have included those people that have been
involved in the release management and testing as coauthors of the paper
because material from the deliverables has been used for writing the
paper. Please let me know if someone does not like to be mentioned as
coauthor.

The (extended) deadline for the paper is April 30. It would be nice if
we received some feedback on the paper (e.g. additional related work). I
hope that the work on the paper will also turn out to be beneficial for
ourselves to review and improve the release process.
