This is a question to people who were working on the xml message schema 
and database schema for L2 path status. ifevt:datum contains only 3 
elements: timeValue,  stateAdmin and stateOper and only these elements 
can be fetched or stored using SQL MA.

I think new eventType is not necessary. All we needed is the update of 
db schema and xml schema to support more detailed information you are 
thinking of.

So, the questions goes to Loukik and JRA4 guys
