Yes, you have to help the user to understand what you are asking and _why_
you are asking it.

There are no firewall restrictions for this machine apart from the usual
anti-spoofing filters.
The funny thing though is that it works from my own workstation when I
download it from a browser.
Strange... Maybe an ECN bit problem on the other end...
I'll look into it some more tomorrow.
