Hi Ulisses,

Yes, I think that behaviour is desired for now as we do not want to
start with too many installations of the service having in mind that the
service may contain some bugs in the beginning and that it will be
replaced by the cNIS lateron. For the cNIS the idea is, however, that
each installation is basically tied to a domain which makes it easier
for an NREN to enforce its policy for the data access and update for its
data.
