Hi all

The current sql schema of the topology service, can have information 
from many domain_ids. Currently the Topology Service doesn't limit
for which domain it is being asked. In other words:

if the database has information about many domains and it is asked
about one of them, the topology service will answer that domain. 

I think this behaviour is ok
