In fact, I don't receive a response message.
If anyone has some suggestions.

Murilo, I got InvocationTargetException when was trying to run perfSONAR without exist.jar (it was not visible by Tomcat).
I suppose your problem is similar. Check if you have all required jars.

The problem with this error was also described on
