An archive with your original, and my suggestions is attached.  After 
reading through your example I have a basic understand of what you are 
trying to do, but I am still a little confused as to what will be going 
on internal to the tops service.  Are there any design documents that 
you have been following that I can take a look at before the call tomorrow?
