Hi all

now, hopefully :-), I attach the xml file for the NotifierRequest

the expected messages in this case will be:

         client                                  tops
 
TOPSRegisterModificationRequest ------------------> (with desired TTL)

<------------------- TOPSRegisterModificationResponse (with key and efective 
TTL)

TOPSKeepaliveModificationRequest -----------------> (again, with desired TTL)

<------------------- TOPSRegisterModificationResponse (again, with the key 
and efective TTL)

once you agree with the message formats of both requests 
(TOPSRegisterModificationRequest and TOPSDownloadDBRequest)
I will make the responses
