Hi Vedrin and Nina,

as a user, I don't know when a MA is down or not. When selecting one 
which is done and starting a request, I get the message that it wasn't 
possible to contact the MA and that he can decide to querry it again.

Would it be possible to indicate to the user if the MA is down (i.e. be 
more specific about why it wasn't possible to get an answer from the 
MA)? I am not sure that it is possible.

PS: An ideal scenario would be to querry the LS when pSUI is launched 
and indicates which MAs are down (or not indicate them), so that the 
user know that he shouldn't use them.
