It looks OK except the example of request. Datum elements contain 
attributes (receiveSynchronized, receiveTime, receiveTimeError, 
sendSynchronized, sendTime, sendTimeError, seqNum) which are not present 
in the nmwg schema and are not implemented in Datum class. I think you 
should contact with Jason or Martin to clarify this.

Also it would be good to have an example request to fetch the data (that 
one you sent is for storing the data) because it will be easier to start 
the implementation work.
