Hi Murilo,

Some time ago it had send the planning document for this service to your
colleagues which is basically still valid.
Ulisses is the main implementer of this service for which a common
database schema has been designed to define the data which should be
stored in it. This schema can be found on wiki.geant2.net, but this wiki
requires a password. Please ask Nicolas Simar

 whether he can create an account for you.
The schema is called common schema because it is not only designed for
perfSONAR/JRA1, but also for Service Activity 3 (SA3) and other Joined
Research Activities (JRAs) being part of the overall GN2 project. The
service itself will then be called common Network Information Service
(cNIS) instead of Topology Service. Anand Patil from DANTE (see CC) is
the coordinator of this activity which is formally located within SA3.
There is also a specific mailing list for this service (see CC) which is
also adminstered by Anand. Currently, we are in the process of
organizing a meeting for the year 3 planning of the service.

As Ulisses has already asked you, could you also tell us about yourself,
i.e. your interests, experiences, and the amount of time you are able to
dedicate to the service.
