The goal of this conversation is to continue the face-2-face 
conversations we had in Cambridge.

In specific, we need to identify conferences (including deadlines) that 
might be appropriate for disclosing perfSONAR information, prepatory 
work that needs to be done to write such papers, and leads for each paper.

More generally, we need to decide on an approach to publishing about 
perfSONAR. My strawman proposal is to avoid producing lots of narrow 
papers and instead target 3 or 4 major conferences that are particularly 
appropriate and include a large amount of information in each. This 
needs to be discussed and debated.
