Yes, but there's not much more to it than what I proposed.

Basically, that's the subject of discussion.

Location-wise, it should probably go very near the transatlantic link on 
either the GEANT or Abilene backbone so that's it not very far away for 
deployers on either side of the pond, but we can discuss that during the 
meeting.
