Because of the LHC deadlines, it would be good if the NRENs could be 
deploying a released service. (but that's my high level view).

From previous discussions, Roman seems to indicate that it can be 
ready. So this is already an good sign. But I agree, potentially not 
sufficient  enough for the release management team.

What are the concerns (too new?) and how could we overcome those 
concerns? Several deployments by by mid August?
What are the suggestions?
