From a selfish standpoint, I am either negatively impacted or neutral for these changes, and I don't know why they were insisted on in the first place. I would rather have Internet2 staff work on things that have meaning for me, and make a positive impact, so I'm not disappointed that this was put at a low priority.

Maybe it's just me, but it's a bit disappointing that the NAOPpag
Layer-3 report came out, what, three years ago?
