I have two perfSonar servers running, that updated to NDT 3.7.0-8.el6. When I 
tried to run the NDT test today the website did not display the webpage, so I 
went to the perfSonar GUI and it shows the NDT service as not running, but 
the test is enabled, how do I get the NDT service back to the running state?
