Hey Ralf,

In order for flash to make connections back to the NDT server, it needs to 
get the “okay” from the server. The 'ndt-flashpolicyd’ daemon, included in 
the NDT source, needs to be run to tell flash that it’s okay to connect to 
the NDT ports.
