It's not clear which version of the kernel you're trying to patch;
you've downloaded 2.6.37, but then apparently uncompressed the 2.6.35
archive.
The web100 patchset you're using is for 2.6.35 and should apply cleanly
without modification to the 2.6.35 source, but likely won't against
2.6.37 without some tweaking.
