Hi Scott;

No problem, a lot of folks on the NDT list also monitor the web100 list. I'm just pointing out that the Web100 project developed/ maintain the kernel patches and can you may find more expertise on that list. The NDT project uses the data the Web100 kernel provides to analyze e2e performance.

Fred;

As Scott says, you need to look at the individual reject files to
figure out what changes RedHat made to the files. It shouldn't be too
difficult, but could be time consuming. The usual suggestion is to
grab the native kernel from the kernel.org site instead of using
distro patched kernels.

BTW, this type of message should go to the

site instead of the NDT list.

Looked all the patches over. They should be
applied manually with an editor. The header
file errors are almost assuredly just the
result of RedHat back-porting a few extra items
to the lists of definitions. When editing in
the changes to the code, just make sure that
arguments to the added code are still avail-
able in the code to be modified. Thankfully
that's a very small, contained set of changes
to apply.
