Hi Herbert;

It sounds like you missed a step and the tcpbw100.html file hasn't been 
installed.

If you used the default /usr/local prefix, then there should be a 
/usr/local/ndt directory.  The tcpbw100.html file should be in this 
directory.  The NDT distribution package contains a simple script 
"create-html.sh" in the conf directory.  Run this script from the parent 
directory "./conf/create-html.sh" and answer the questions.  At the end of 
the script it will ask you if you want to move the "tcpbw100.html" file 
into the /usr/local/ndt directory.  You must have the right permissions, 
usually root, for this to succeed.  Otherwise the file is in the local 
directory and you can manually move it.

Once the "tcpbw100.html" file is installed, things should work properly.

As for the '/faviocn.ico' line, I think the browser is automatically asking 
for an icon that can go next to the URL.  I notice that a bunch of web 
sites now have a small custom icon on the address bar when I connect to 
their site.  The browser must ask for this icon and install it if found.

Let us know what happens.
