 Downloaded 3.7.0.2 same error as 3.7.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Followed all documented steps to install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Builds and installs as expected but when client tries to run the error  
is "access denied  
("java.net.SocketPermission" "45.63.104.171:3001" "connect,resolve")

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.32-504.23.4.el6.x86_64 Centos 6


Please provide any additional information below.
I found this https://code.google.com/p/ndt/issues/detail?id=168

I did have java 8 and saw Applet/MANIFEST.MF has "Permissions:  
all-permissions".

Am I running 3.7.0.2 because I downloaded it but the applet only reads  
3.7.0 which the above bug report suggests this was an issue I expected to  
be resolved in this release.
